With only 600 dozen bottles produced, this limited edition 2023 Levant Rosé aims to ‘straddle the divide’, adopting, adapting and hybridising the traditional Rosé styles from northern Spain and southern France. It is an impeccable, vibrant wine perfect for enjoying on long Summer days and in celebrating the festive season. It is a complex wine of serious character, volume and intensity, featuring evolving aromas and flavours of strawberry, guava, musk, rosewater, orange zest. sea buckthorn, cardamom and coriander seed. The palate is deep, long and bountiful with bay leaf, Turkish Delight and white chocolate undertones washing over a base of subtle acidity and fine finishing tannins.
