With Red Claw the emphasis is on making wines that are bright, juicy and more expressive when young – lending them perfectly to the Australian lifestyle and the way we like to dine. Available under the Red Claw label is Mornington Peninsula Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir as well as a Grenache Rosé and a Shiraz from our Heathcote Estate.
The 2018 vintage has wonderful balance and intensity of flavour. Bright dark berry fruit and lifted spice dominate the aromas, with subtle supporting French oak. The palate is plush and silky, loaded with dark fruited shiraz intensity. Fine structure and excellent concentration. Classic Steak Sandwich.
