Red Claw wines are hand crafted with fruit from Yabby Lake’s own vineyards. The wines are made following the same principles that guide the single vineyard wines.
With Red Claw the emphasis is on making wines that are bright, juicy and more expressive when young – lending them perfectly to the Australian lifestyle and the way we like to dine. Available under the Red Claw label is Mornington Peninsula Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir as well as a Grenache Rosé and a Shiraz from our Heathcote Estate.
Characteristic perfumed, fragrant aromas highlighted by cherry and red berry fruits, complemented by a touch of spice and underlying French oak. The long, silky palate has lovely elegance, a plush, velvety texture and a finely poised finish. A fantastic accompaniment to Pork San Choy Bau - Yum!
