Stella Bella’s five distinctive vineyards are located throughout southern Margaret River. An area of the region we choose for its cool climate and ability to produce elegant, aromatic and medium bodied wines with personality and precision. Our farming practices aim to improve soils and maintain vine health. This gives us the ability to make subtle changes, responding to the season and surrounding environment. Creating fruit that reflects the climate, soil and character of southern Margaret River. In the pursuit of vine balance, we use respectful techniques such as organic fertilisers, mid-row cropping, spring plantings of buckwheat and minimal chemical inputs. To help with nutrient cycling and encourage beneficial insect species throughout the vineyard. Our goal is to create beautiful wines that suit all occasions, that our customers love and enjoy as much as we do!
Stella Bella Chardonnay is hand-picked, whole bunch pressed and wild fermented. Peach fuzz, gun flint and almond meal are balanced with Gin Gin intensity and an elegant mineral palate. A true Southern Margaret River style. The palate is bursting with juicy yellow nectarine, pink grapefruit and Tahitian lime and a touch of praline, that delivers precision and tension from the tip of your tongue to the back of your palate. The mouth watering mineral acidity, created by the summer sea breezes blowing through our vineyards, captures an element of saltiness and a spring water liveliness, which leaves you wondering where the bottle went.
