Stefano Romeo has been working with coffee since his early teens, setting up his first espresso bar alongside his brother in Florence 1987. Today, Stefano is specialising in selecting, blending and roasting the finest coffee from all around the world, using new and old techniques to get the best and most consistent flavour out of each coffee region, is a hallmark of his renowned approach.
The Romeo style is characterised by full flavour and strong tones brought together in a consistent and reliable package, time and again... “How coffee should be,” Sourcing from Yemen, Ethiopia, East Timor, Nicaragua, Kenya, India and Guatemala, Stefano creates his blends from an international selection of the finest beans available to the market.
Roasted in Melbourne, the PREMIUM BLEND is a well-balanced medium roast which creates a wonderful aroma and is full bodied and thick in texture. Possessing nutty/cocoa tones and a pleasant aftertaste, free of any bitterness or acidity, this blend works exceptionally well with or without milk.
