Crémant de Bourgogne is the sparkling wine of Burgundy. It is made using the traditional method as per Champagne, and is usually a blend of permitted varieties that lie with the boundaries of the Burgundy AOC, in this case Chardonnay (60%), Gamay (20%), Pinot Noir (10%) and the rare Aligote (10%). Hand-harvested fruit, gentle pneumatic pressing and time resting on lees in cool cellars produce a vibrant sparkling wine that is a perfect aperitif style. Golden yellow in colour with delicate bubbles highlighting the finesse of its effervescence. It’s fruity in flavour with citrus notes expressing a great harmony that will enhance each moment of conviviality. It presents all its elegance during aperitifs or when served with poultry. Recommended served chilled, at 7-8˚C.
